I have decided to use this blob site as a way to keep track of my weight loss (I hate the word "diet") progress. The "before" pictures were taken the first part of June on our 25th anniversary trip to Mexico. I can't believe I let myself go that bad! It's hard to believe I was once 128 pounds thinner. Oh well, I can't dwell on it! I just need to do something about it. So on June 25, I went back to Weight Watchers. I about died when I got on the scales. 302 pounds!!!!! The only good thing I can say about it is that at least I didn't get back to the weight I was the last time (306 pounds)! HAHA
I have always liked following the Weight Watchers plan. I have so many yummy recipes that I created over the years. I also get recipes from http://www.dwlz.com/ and http://www.aimeesadventures.com/
They are great websites! My next blog will show the new and improved me. More ranting to follow later!

I admire you for posting your weight and going to Weight Watchers. We went on WW about a year ago. I lost almost 20 pounds. I'm up 10-15. I think we're going to start it again. We use dwlz for recipes too. I didn't know the other one, so thanks! I also went to a used book store & found a couple of WW cookbooks. Good luck!
